Thanks for your kind comments. There are a number of dishes which can be made either vegetarian or vegan (primarily the due to the use of "ghee" which is replaced with vegetable oil in vegan option). Hence, the need to specify :-) We look forward to welcoming you again soon. Khana Khazana Team
