Dear, heyjennyjenny. As we previously said, we’re extremely sorry to hear about your experience with us. As you can see from all of our reviews’ platforms, this is not how we usually operate and your visit does not reflect the experience we strive daily to provide to our guests. We respect and care about every “passenger” that boards with us at Boa-Bao. Our special vegan menu and vegetarian options are available exactly for cases like yours and we can only apologize sincerely for the waitress’ response and for the manager’s behaviour, that although had the best interests at heart and was trying to resolve the situation on the spot, unfortunately did not proceed in the best way.
