We are really shocked and saddened to hear this and can assure everyone that this is by no means up to our standards. We definitely don't throw away gelato or any other food (except of course for when something has been contaminated or expired) and do our best to recycle and be sustainable in every way. We would like to argue about our prices being too expensive, because we have done a price comparison with all competitors in Tallinn and we have always been the most affordable. The sorbets we make have a very creamy and smooth consistency thanks to the italian gelato machine and we have done chocolate and coffee sorbets etc, so it's not only fruits. We regret to admit that we haven't offered any plant-milked-based gelato yet, because that would force us to charge more. But these plans are always on our mind and surely soon vegan milk gelatos will also be available.
