Hello, thank you for you visit and your review. We always ask our customers twice if everything is ok ( 1st when you are eating, 2nd when you are paying), if its not ok we can immediately change your meal or cancel it. But you have to talk to us guys, we want you make you happy and sastisfied. We want to be diffrent than other restaurants and we dont want you to eat and pay something you dont like! About prices: Our restaurant is situated in the center of Prague next to the Prague castle (that mean: very high rent). i dont think 10-12 euro for main course is expensive in this area. About tips: When you are paying by card in our restaurant, the card system show a question "Add a tip?" our staff politely ask you: "Do you want to leave some tip for the service, its optional, you dont have to" If you dont want, its absolutely fine we will like you anyway? In our country is common to leave a tip (like in USA, Germany etc) its always optional you dont have to leave anything, if you dont like it or just dont want and its absolutely fine.
