We are very sorry for your disappointment and we would normally thank You for Your comment. But we will not do so in this particular case. We would like to note that You have been consistently disregarding the behaviour that all citizens living in Portugal are requested to adopt by law and, in doing so, Fernanda, Pedro and Ana, all staff members that have already attended to You at Mercearia Bio Café, have repeatedly requested for You to use your mask as the Portuguese Authorities demand. There is also a limit of 3 Customers simultaneously inside the store, the fact that they belong to the same Family or group of people does not change the limit. Not only you do consistently disregard this requisite, but You also feel that we all should share your points of view about the Pandemia we are currently facing. Regardless of what our beliefs or opinions are, we work in a store that in order to keep open has to comply with the law, namely the Health Authorities regulations. If You do not agree with them please note that we will keep on applying these rules among our staff and Dear Visitors. You will always be welcome to our store, regardless of who is attending, Rui, Fernanda, Pedro or Ana, as long as You follow the rules. One thing the Pandemia will not change is the friendly way in which we attend to our Visitors and Dear Customers. We will be looking forward to welcoming You back!
