Hi Dougie-Fresh! You right, we have a variety of options in our bakery and we don’t what a customer wants until they choose. Therefore when ever a customer asks to purchase one cookie we immediately tell them that they are sold in 3s before they choose and before we ever reach the register. We are so sorry to hear that you won’t be returning. Thank you for taking the time to write this review, it is our hope you would consider visiting us again in the future!
