Thanks for taking the time to leave us such a fantastic review! As a new venture, we genuinely appreciate your feedback so we can improve. We've already made changes based on your two recommendations - we've added metal silverware instead of bamboo and placed a small basket next to the bathroom sink containing hand towels and washcloths. We sincerely hope to see you again one day in the future :)
