Hi GM. We are sorry you feel that way. Management is still the same and the entire menu (excluding maybe 2 items) can still be made vegan upon request. Although exciting, offering near 100 sandwiches that could be carnivorous or vegan was not a sustainable business practice, so yes, we needed to bring our menu down to a manageable size as we dealt with uncertainty through the pandemic. As far as pricing; Yes, menu items have increased on average around $1.50 over the last two years, which we think is incredibly fair considering what inflation has done to food cost.
