Excellent! I love kimchi so much.. This morning I made a brekkie sandwich with Just Egg, Trader Joe’s vegan cheddar, Lightlife smoky tempeh bacon, napa kimchee, vegan mayo & ketchup. All this was on a fresh pumpernickel bagel. 😋
