Hey Ana, thank you for you kind review. We definitely could be better prepared for the crowd and will be next time. We are usually 3-4 people working over the weekend, but as it happens 3 of our members got sick or not able to attend. We are always striving to do better and improving our dishes. 🏃♀️💪
