We're sorry to hear that your experience at Gys fell short of your expectations. Regarding the pricing, we offer high-quality, locally produced and most of all 100% organic ingredients in our dishes. On top of that most of the food we serve is home made (sauces, cheeses, drinks etc.). Therefore, we can be a bit more expensive than other places. Regarding the food itself, we're sorry to hear that it didn't meet your expectations. Your feedback on specific dishes such as the thai coconut soup, sunflower risotto, and dessert is valuable we will definitely discuss this with our kitchen team as well. On top of that we will address the issue of the music and slow service with our floor team.
