Hi Frederik, thanks for your review. Our food is usually seasoned on point, so there is no need for salt and pepper, if needed, we always offer it, when requested. For a glass of wine from the open bottle range/menu, you will hardly find a restaurant where the glass is filled at the table. Especially in our lunch price range the service possibility is hardly limited. We are looking forward to welcome you for our set menu in the night, where you pay a different price and have a less casual service. Just to be clear, our michelin star is the green one, that is given for a highliy sustainable work ethic, not for the creativity of food or service. We are always happy for feedback, so am I with yours. But for the lunch you are paying for a casual dining experience that is 100 persent organic and regarding to the price you pay for a 3 course menu it is a real bargain.
