Dear Customer! As per you have been previously warned, we had been closed on the 27th of June until the 30th. Thus when you came in the morning we were busy restocking our supply, like the soups. We are proud that we are able to make our own home-made creams, because this way we can be a 100% sure that the ingredients can be trusted. Only a few of our ingredients are not replaceable, we are mostly very flexible as we serve people with intolerances and allergies. In you case this was one of them, but we have many vegan options without mustard. Despite having premade creams and soups, we make everything freshly, which takes time.
