I wish it was Ethical. To make it ethical, it would have to be a 100% vegan restaurant, which they can still do if they truly do care about ethics. But owners AND CLIENTS might lack awareness, they probably dont know that when they offer animal exploitation aka vegetarian options aka forced impregnated cows for their milk and oppressed & enslaved hens for their stolen eggs, and robbing the bees' food which is their honey (aka bee vomit).
