I had time with a different restaurants experiences , the server knows mandarin and I speaks mandarin to her and she rudely reply me back in English in front of all my European classmates, so we all decided not paying tips because no good services no tips that’s the dining culture in Europe my classmates told me, but that lady chase us out and suddenly start talking to me in mandarin that you guy didn’t pay tips , I was like …… aren’t you just pretend you don’t understand mandarin and respond me in English ?!?! Why suddenly can talk to me in mandarin now ?!?!?! So my European told her you were very rude to our friend and no services no tips
