Im a fabulous, single and nearly 40 year old living on the Isle of Man with the love of my life and best friend Alfie ( 9 year old french bulldog ) Currently working hard on becoming a HAPPY COW again after having a few really crappy years dealing with ups and downs and having a mid life crisis trying to work out the answer to 'Whats the purpose of life?' After loosing my dad to cancer and then getting breast cancer myself in 2015 I started my journey of discovery and researching the truth behind the causes of illness. 4 years later and the journey has brought me to this point in my life where I have made so many positive changes to ensure i dont get sick again. I am now vegan and loving it, fitter than ever and trying to figure out where in the world I want to be and what on earth I want to be doing!
