I’m Icelandic but live in Stockholm with my partner and our rescue dog Otis. I work as an engineer and we try to travel abroad once a year. I eat vegan everywhere I go and try to introduce veganism to people in my surrounding by cooking good food and showing them that it’s not just easy, but can be delicious too!
