My wife and I have been in the health business for 25 years and before that in fast foods.. so I have a natural tendency to running a restaurant. I became vegetarian 30 years ago and vegan in 2011. It wasn't easy but I am happy with the improvements in my personal health.. At 65 I still ride competitive motorcycle (trials) and work in our garden on weekends
