I’m an italian architect, working and living in Dresden, Germany. Since the university I try to reduce my foot print using ecological products but only since one year and an half I discovered that use of meat is the most impactful on our earth. That’s the main reason because I drastically reduced the use of animal products! Actually I just still eat mozzarella on the pizza!
