Plant-based eating changed my life. I went from sick and tired all the time to so healthy, energetic and happy! I wanted to share this with everyone who would listen and then decided I might as well actually make plant-based food for others to help them learn how fun, tasty and good plants can make you feel so I started a vegan food truck😄
