Vegan over 3 years now and vegetarian since age of 17 (stint of veganism for couple of years as a student). Also gluten intolerant (but will suffer occasionally for lovely cakes) and high FODMAP issues! Eating out is tricky. Love animals, particularly dogs and wonderful food. Running takes me to different cities.
