Hi, I am a mom and grandma who has gone back to college. I am very close to finishing my BA in Anthropology with a concentration in Environmental Sustainability. I have always wanted to move toward veganism. I tried once and got very sick. I have chronic illnesses, and I am sure I "did it wrong. I would like to incorporate what I learn here into studies and papers. I would love to educate my peers (and myself) on vegan issues, perhaps by writing a paper on how to become a vegan with nutritional guidance. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
