Both vegetarian and vegan cuisines are great! I love trying new vegan recipes at home lately, as I find that using new and varied spices and sauces makes any plant based meal delicious. Recently moved in 2021 from Vancouver, BC to Hamilton, ON. Pleasantly surprised by the vegan and vegetarian restaurants which are open in the Hamilton area!
