My project is to draw inspiration from pan-Asian vegetarian recipes and to put innovative twists on them using the beautiful, organic vegan produce we have now available. We love to COOK our vegan dishes to perfection - veg, grains and pulses, fruit, using spices as a key ingredient. Raw food cut into photogenic shapes is not our thing!
