I live in Glasgow which is an amazing city to be in as a vegan - so much choice for eating out! My partner and I also make a point of visiting vegan eateries when we're on holiday or traveling elsewhere so we've had the pleasure of trying vegan food all over Europe and have seen veganism's rise in popularity over the past few years.
