Practicing Vegan life over 12 yrs ago. Started as a Pescatarian then became Vegetarian then went to Raw Vegan a couple yrs before the Pandemic. Now alot of the Raw Vegan Cuisine Restaurants have shut down. So now I try to keep it some Raw vegan but am Vegan now. Realizing the quality of my health has improved also being conscious of animal cruelty that us going in in the food industries.
