Beginner vegetarian, thinking of just going vegan. Two plus years ago in my last trip to Cuba, I came home with salmonella which changed me in many ways, but one way was my ability to eat meat. It took about six months to discover what the change was, but now that I know, I have tried staying off, then trying, and with each try, I am sick. Looks like I'm a vegetarian.
