Beetroot and Quinoa Burgers

    Instructions

    Cook the quinoa and put it in a bowl when it is done.
    Blend the oats and the walnuts and put them in the previous bowl.
    Cook the onions, mushrooms and beetroot with all of the spices.
    Put everything together in the same bowl (including the beans).
    Turn them into burger patties and fry them or put them in the oven until lightly browned. Serve and enjoy.

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 cup walnuts
    1/4 cup cooked quinoa
    1 tin black beans
    1 onion
    2 beetroot
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    2 teaspoon mustard powder
    2 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon thyme
