    Instructions

    • Boil potatoes for 15 min or until cooked. Let cool, peel (or leave skins on if you prefer), cut in slices
    • Mix horseraddish, oil and salt
    • Put everything together, add spices and dried basil, mix thoroughly
    • Lay on a bed of ruccola. The salad, not you!
    • Serve with a slice of bread

    Ingredients

    600g potatoes (300g La Ratte & 300g Vitolettes)
    20 black olives, sliced
    1-2 tbsp grated horseraddish
    3 tbsp olive or linseed oil
    5 radishes, sliced
    Arugula (rocket) (a handful)
    Basil (dried or fresh, shredded)
    Salt
