    Instructions

    Fry onion and garlic in oil in cooking pan.
    Add flour, nutritional yeast, milk, and stir til a consistent sauce appears.
    Add salt and stir.
    In a bowl, pour boiling water over chopped spinach, then remove spinach with a strainer.
    Add spinach to sauce, mixing for 2 minutes then shut off stove.
    You will get a fresh green color creamed spinach.

    Ingredients

    400 gram baby spinach, chopped
    2 tablespoon olive oil
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 tablespoon flour
    1.5 teaspoon salt
    250 ml soymilk
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
