    Instructions

    1. Prepare pasta according to instructions.
    2. Melt plant butter or margarine on medium heat. Add diced onions, stir until fragrant & translucent, add minced garlic. Stir fry for another minute.
    3. Add plant milk & seaweed. Season with salt & nutritional yeast to taste.
    4. Mix starch with some splashes of water, add slurry to sauce while constantly stirring, boil for a minute until sauce turns creamy.
    5. Serve with pasta, top with black pepper.

    160 g pasta
    1 onion, diced
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 tbsp vegan butter/margarine
    150 ml unsweetened plant milk
    1/2 tbsp starch (potato)
    A handfull of soaked wakame or other seaweed
    Nutritional yeast to your liking
    Pinch of salt
    pepper
