Crispy Spicy Fried Tofu

Instructions
1. Coat tofu very well in corn starch and fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
2. In another pan with a little bit of oil, fry ginger, garlic and chilli until a good strong aroma is achieved.
3. Add vegan butter to pan, mix and fry until golden
4. Add vegan unagi sauce in pan, lightly mix, then add chili sauce and mix again
5. Add our crispy tofu to sauce, mix well (sauce should coat every piece of tofu)
6. Serve with sesame seeds and green onion
