My first home made Falafels and it was so easy and delicious. Though will bake them in the oven next time.

Just made these tonight! They were super easy to make, however they were way to dry. I added water and olive oil to them and it helped. I also added dried parsley. Instead of frying them I baked them at 375 for about 25-35 minutes. Before putting them in the oven I brushed them with olive oil, and did so again about half way through cooking whilst also flipping them over. I gave it three stars because of how dry the batter was, but I would make this again and would even try adding different spices or frying them.
