    Instructions

    In a dry saucepan, place flour and nutritional yeast flakes, and toast over medium heat, stirring constantly until lightly browned.
    Remove saucepan from heat.
    Slowly whisk in water, oil, and soy sauce until the gravy is smooth.
    Then whisk in onion granules and pepper. Cook gravy over medium heat, and continuously stir with wire whisk until gravy is thickened and smooth.
    Serve warm.

    1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
    1 1/2 cup water
    2 teaspoon olive oil
    2 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/4 teaspoon onion granules
    pinch ground black pepper
