    Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 450° F (or 230° C).
Mix together your salt and flour.
Next mix yeast into warm water and stir well.
Add water mixture to flour mixture and use a spoon to mix until. Once it becomes too difficult to mix with the spoon, use your hands to continue mixing on a floured surface.
Once mixed well, pull and fold dough on all sides using palm of hand. Push palm into dough and pull it away from you, then fold that piece back into the large dough clump. Spin dough and repeat until done on all sides. You don't need to over knead it - just pull and fold about 4-5 times.
Separate the dough into 4 (around 150 gram each) portions and roll them into a ball with your hands.
Proof the dough by sprinkling nutritional yeast onto a pan (I use a brownie pan with 1-2 inch high sides) and place 4 dough portions onto pan, leave enough space for the dough to grow.
Sprinkle flour on top of dough and then place a damp cloth over the pan to rise. Allow to rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
After at least 2 hours, press your fist into the top of the dough and flip it over and then create your pizza crust shape.
Once you have your desired pizza crust shape, add toppings of your choice and bake for 20 minutes or until the center of the pizza is done to your liking.
    Serve and enjoy!
