    Instructions

    Press tofu for 4 minutes, letting it drain fully.
    Cut tofu up in desired shape and size. Then cover tofu with corn starch.
    Cook tofu in deep frier for 5 minutes.
    In a stir fry pan, cook frozen broccoli with some oil. When broccoli thaws, add fried tofu. Brace yourself for the choking on the spice. Add a generous amount of chili sauce.
    Add in pre-cooked rice, and add more chili sauce if you desire.

    Ingredients

    1 pack light firm tofu
    corn starch
    oil for deep frying
    frozen broccoli
    Sriracha brand hot chili sauce, or another brand of your choice
    2 cup cooked rice

      tips:
      -use large ziplock bag to coat tofu
      -cook tofu till it floats to the top of the deep-fryer
      -to prevent choking cook on low
