Instructions
Wash kale and remove the tough stems.
Place in a large bowl and tear into smaller bite-sized pieces.
Add salt, and massage with your fingers until kale wilts - takes a minute or two.
Add lemon juice, avocado flesh, garlic, and optional nutritional yeast.
Continue to massage with your fingers until all ingredients are well combined throughout the kale.
