    Instructions

    Make a soffritto with olive oil, garlic and spring onions by placing olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add your garlic and onions.
    When the onions and the garlic have turned a yellowish shade, add the two cans of foul beans and mix everything together well.
    Add salt, pepper, fresh coriander and mix.
    After the ingredients are mixed together well, add tomato sauce and let it cook over low heat. After 5-10 minutes check if the mixture has become a cream consistency and try to mash the remaining beans with a spoon.
    Serve the beans with cut fresh spring onions and fresh coriander. Serve the bean mixture over arabic bread and enjoy.

    2 cans foul beans
    1 pack arabic bread
    6 spring onions
    Fresh coriander, to taste
    500 ml tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste
    Olive oil, to taste
