    Instructions

    Use 1 tablespoon butter to coat the corn.
    Set air fryer to 400 degrees and fry corn for 16 minutes until charred. Checking at half way point and turning if needed.
    While corn is cooking, melt 2 tablespoon of butter with garlic, lime juice, zest and cilantro.
    Simmer until corn is done cooking.
    Pour mixture over corn and sprinkle with parmesan and black pepper.

    Ingredients

    4 ears of corn
    3 tablespoon vegan butter
    1 lime, juiced and zested
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1-2 tablespoon cilantro
    Vegan parmesan cheese, to taste
    Black Pepper, to taste
