    Instructions

    Drain beans and rinse very well.
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until completely smooth. Refrigerate so the mixture is firm enough to roll into balls with your hands. Make small balls and then roll them in the coconut shreds.
    Once rolled, return to the fridge. You can store them in a covered container for up to a week.

    Ingredients

    2/3 cup cooked or canned black beans
    2 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
    2 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
    1 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
    1/16 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    Pinch of stevia or 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
    Shredded coconut to roll the balls in

    Serving Size

    12-15 small monkey balls
