    Instructions

    Combine chickpea flour, buckwheat, water, and spices and stir into a not too thick liquid dough.
    Add the onion rings and peppers.
    In a wok or deep pan, heat the oil, then add the vegetables with the dough in the pan with a large spoon.
    Cook until the pakoras are golden brown.

    Ingredients

    600g chickpea flour
    400g buckwheat flour
    water
    Indian curry spice mix
    2 kg onion rings
    1 kg peppers
    500 ml oil
