    Instructions

    Remove the skin of the papaya or mango grate it into a bowl. Grate the carrot and add to the bowl.
    Using a pestle and mortar blend the garlic and chili. Add the lemon juice and sweet freedom.
    Bake peanuts (or any nuts you use) in the oven until browned. Pour sauce over the top when done and sprinkle peanuts with some coriander.
    Taste test and add more or less of seasonings. Enjoy.

    Ingredients

    1 Papaya or mango (not too ripe)
    soy sauce, to taste
    garlic, to taste
    2 carrots
    2 tomatos
    1 handful peanuts
    Red chili, to taste
    1 teaspoon sweet freedom
    Sprigs of coriander
    Lemon juice, to taste
    Optional green beans
