Raisin Chocolate Bliss Balls

    Instructions

    In a food processor or blender, process raisins, ground nuts, and cocoa powder. Add optional pinch of cinnamon and/or walnuts.
    Process everything for a minute or two until the dry, crumbly mixture turns into a softer, dough-like consistency.
    Press the mix into 1/2 to 1 tablespoon sized balls with your hands.
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for several months.

    1 heaped cup (180g) raisins or dates
    3/4 cup (70g) ground almonds or ground hazelnuts
    3-4 tablespoon (20g) cocoa powder
    optional 1/4 cup (30g) walnut halves
    optional pinch of cinnamon
