Savory Oatmeal with Greens n' Blueberries

    Instructions

    Place oatmeal and blueberries in a pot with water or milk. Cook in medium heat.
    Meanwhile, chop the greens and then put it in the pot. Combine.
    Once cooked, dish content into 2 serving bowls, then optional mix in carob/cocoa powder, flaxseed meal, or tahini/nut butter.

    Ingredients

    1/3 cup oatmeal
    1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 cup chopped collard greens, kale, or broccoli rabe
    1 cup water or plant milk

    Optional
    1 teaspoon carob or cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
    1 teaspoon tahini or almond butter
