    Instructions

    On the day before cooking, soak oats overnight (add 1/3 cup of warm water to 1/3 cup of rolled oats).
    Drain and rinse the oats.
    In a saucepan bring the water and milk to a boil.
    Reduce the heat to low and pour in the oats and chia seeds.
    Cook and stir occasionally for about 5 minutes.
    Turn off the stove. Cover and let it rest for 2 until 3 minutes.
    Transfer it to a bowl and top with mango, banana, pineapple, desiccated coconut and mixed nuts. Serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    1/3 cup dry rolled oats (uncooked)
    1/3 cup warm water
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup coconut milk
    A pinch of salt
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    Banana, to taste
    Mango, to taste
    Pineapple, to taste
    Desiccated coconut, to taste
    Mixed roasted nuts and seeds of choice
