Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400° F.
    In a 13 x 9 dish add your package of tater tots or roasted potatoes and chopped vegetables.
    In a blender add the remainder of your ingredients and blend until smooth.
    Pour blended mixture of your potatoes and vegetables. Bake for 1 hour - 1 hour and 15 minutes or until browned around the edges and set in the middle.

    Ingredients

    1 package (28-32 oz) tater tots (you can substitute with roasted potatoes)
    Chopped vegetables (eg, bell pepper, onion, tomato)
    1 package tofu, drained
    2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    1/8 teaspoon kala namak (optional)
