    Instructions

    Absorb water from tofu by placing paper towels around it and placing a weighted plate on top for 30 minutes to an hour.
    Place in freezer safe bag and freeze for 6-8 hours or until completely frozen. This changes the texture to make it firmer.
    Either preheat oven to 350F and let it bake for an hour. Or let it thaw out, slice, and fry pieces in a pan.
    Add all parmesan ingredients into a food processor and blend until your desired consistency is formed.
    Season as desired. Serve with cooked spaghetti, olive oil, and vegan parmesan.

    Ingredients

    1 package extra firm tofu
    1 package spaghetti noodles
    Spaghetti sauce
    Salt
    Olive oil

    For the vegan parmesan:
    Raw cashews
    Salt
    Garlic powder
    Nutritional yeast
    Salt
    Olive oil
