    Instructions

    1. Put all the ingredients (except truffle oil) into the soymilk/soup maker and select "grains" function. The process will take about 25 minutes.
    2. Pour the cooked soup into serving bowls. Drizzle some black truffle olive oil before serving

    Ingredients

    60g white button mushrooms
    70g shiitake mushrooms
    3/4 cup potatoes (cut into cubes) - this is used to thicken the soup.
    600ml filtered water
    1 tsp seasoning powder
    1 tsp Himalayan salt
    Black pepper - as desired
    Black truffle olive oil - add before serving
