    Instructions

    Place yoghurt, chives, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
    Press the garlic or hack it into fine, small pieces.
    Chop the cucumber into small, thin pieces.
    Place the garlic and cucumber into the bowl. Mix content.
    Put the bowl into the refrigerator let chill before serving.

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup non-dairy yoghurt
    3 tablespoon chopped chives
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 cucumber
