    Instructions

    Melt the chocolate slab and dice the tofu.
    Put all in a blender and add vanilla extract, sugar and soy milk (the more you add, the lighter the chocolate flavour) to it.
    Blend ingredients.
    Pour out into shot glasses and top with some decorative sugar shapes.
    Put the glasses in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours to achieve the right texture and consistency.

    350g Silken Tofu
    400g dark chocolate slab
    4 drops vanilla extract
    50ml soy milk
    Sugar (optional, as per taste)
    Sugary decoratives (optional)
